By downloading, installing, or using the NeverZero mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
NeverZero is operated by an individual developer ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NeverZero.
NeverZero is a personal finance application that provides the following features:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the App at any time with or without notice.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use NeverZero. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use NeverZero, you may need to create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
When you authenticate for the first time, NeverZero collects the email address provided by your authentication provider (Google or Apple). This email is used solely to create your account, associate your financial data with it, restore access from new devices, and send important account-related communications. Your email is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. By signing in, you consent to this use.
NeverZero uses Plaid to synchronize your bank account data. By enabling this feature, you acknowledge and agree that:
Bank synchronization may not be available for all financial institutions. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to this feature.
Billing: NeverZero Pro is a paid subscription granting access to premium features. All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled in accordance with the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not issue refunds directly.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. We will notify you in advance, and your continued use after the change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You agree not to:
All content, features, and functionality of NeverZero — including design, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of NeverZero and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Your use of NeverZero is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any financial data provided constitutes professional financial advice.
NeverZero is a budgeting tool only. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEVERZERO AND ITS DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeverZero and its developer from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, through an in-app notification. Your continued use of NeverZero after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Este correo se usa exclusivamente para crear tu cuenta, asociar tus datos financieros a ella, restaurar el acceso desde nuevos dispositivos y enviarte comunicaciones importantes de la cuenta. Tu correo nunca se vende ni se comparte con terceros con fines de marketing. Al iniciar sesión, consientes este uso.

La sincronización bancaria puede no estar disponible para todas las instituciones financieras.
Facturación: NeverZero Pro es una suscripción de pago que otorga acceso a funciones premium. Todos los pagos se procesan a través de la App Store de Apple o Google Play Store.
Renovación: Las suscripciones se renuevan automáticamente a menos que se cancelen al menos 24 horas antes del fin del período de facturación. Puedes gestionar tu suscripción desde la configuración de tu cuenta en App Store o Google Play.
Reembolsos: Las solicitudes de reembolso se rigen por las políticas de Apple App Store o Google Play Store. No emitimos reembolsos directamente.

Todo el contenido, funciones y características de NeverZero — incluyendo diseño, gráficos, logotipos y software — son propiedad exclusiva de NeverZero y están protegidos por las leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables.
Se te otorga una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar la App únicamente para fines personales y no comerciales.
El uso de NeverZero también se rige por nuestra Política de Privacidad, incorporada a estos Términos por referencia. Al usar la App, consientes la recopilación y uso de tu información según lo descrito en ella.
LA APP SE PROPORCIONA "TAL CUAL" Y "SEGÚN DISPONIBILIDAD" SIN GARANTÍAS DE NINGÚN TIPO. No garantizamos que la App sea ininterrumpida, libre de errores o segura, ni que los datos financieros provistos constituyan asesoramiento financiero profesional.
NeverZero es únicamente una herramienta de presupuesto. No proporciona asesoramiento financiero, de inversión, legal ni fiscal. Consulta siempre a un profesional calificado para decisiones financieras.
EN LA MÁXIMA MEDIDA PERMITIDA POR LA LEY, NEVERZERO Y SU DESARROLLADOR NO SERÁN RESPONSABLES POR DAÑOS INDIRECTOS, INCIDENTALES, ESPECIALES, CONSECUENTES O PUNITIVOS DERIVADOS DEL USO O IMPOSIBILIDAD DE USO DE LA APP.
Aceptas indemnizar y eximir de responsabilidad a NeverZero y a su desarrollador frente a cualquier reclamación, daño, pérdida y gasto (incluidos honorarios razonables de abogados) que surja de tu uso de la App o de la violación de estos Términos.
Estos Términos se regirán por las leyes de los Estados Unidos. Cualquier disputa derivada de estos Términos se resolverá en los tribunales competentes de los Estados Unidos.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos en cualquier momento. Podemos suspender o cancelar tu acceso a la App en cualquier momento, con o sin causa. Al cancelarse, tu derecho a usar la App cesará de inmediato.
